The heating circuit of water dispenser is composed of heating switch, power fuse tube, heating temperature controller, electric heating tube, heating indicator light, etc. its working principle is as follows:
When the water dispenser is plugged in and the power switch is pressed, 220V alternating current is added to the electric heating pipe after passing through the power fuse pipe and the normally closed contact of the heating thermostat. The heating indicator light is on, and the electric heating pipe is heated, so that the water temperature in the hot water tank rises. When the water temperature in the hot water tank rises to 95 ℃, the contact of the heating thermostat is disconnected, the power circuit is cut off, the heating indicator light is off, and the heating pipe loses power and stops heating. At this time, the water dispenser enters the heat preservation state.
When the water temperature drops to 85 ℃, the contact of the temperature controller is closed, the power supply of the heating circuit is connected, the heating indicator light is on, and the heating pipe starts heating again. Repeat the above process to keep the water temperature in the hot water tank of the water dispenser between 85-95 ℃.
The refrigeration circuit of the cold water dispenser with compression mechanism is composed of refrigeration switch, power fuse tube, refrigeration temperature controller, PTC starter, compressor and refrigeration indicator light. Its working principle is as follows:
After the refrigeration switch is closed, 220V AC voltage is applied to the compressor motor through the power fuse, refrigeration thermostat and PTC starter, the refrigeration indicator light is on, and the compressor motor starts to operate. After the compressor starts, it will automatically disconnect the power supply of the starting winding, which is maintained by the running winding of the motor. The refrigerant circulates continuously in the sealing system, absorbs the heat in the cold water tank, and reduces the temperature of the cold water tank. When the water temperature drops to 5 ℃, the contact of the temperature controller is disconnected, the power of the refrigeration circuit is cut off, the refrigeration is stopped, and the refrigeration indicator light is off.
When the temperature of the cold water tank naturally rises to 10 ℃, the contact of the temperature controller is closed, the power supply of the refrigeration circuit is connected, the refrigeration circuit works, and the refrigeration state is restored. Repeat the above process to keep the water temperature in the cold water tank at 5 ℃ ~ 10 ℃.
